Coppa had a fire a number of years ago and practically had to start from scratch. We live right down the road and always made sure to keep an eye out for any sign of re-opening. I happened to be home for spring break when Coppa did just that so I had to stop by. I always loved the eggplant parm and decided to order it once again.
