Upon returning from the range today and cleaning my P365, I was reassembling when the slide became stuck. Yes, - I did have the take down lever pushed forward. As I was putting the slide on the receiver, it was back far enough to be flush with the front and back of the receiver as if it were normally on. I would suggest you contact Sig Customer Service and have then walk you through removal and reinstall the slide. They have always been very helpful.
