Do a bed-in procedure. Find a parking lot and get to about 50 mph, apply brakes (about 70-90% braking power) to slow down to about 10 mph (do not come to a complete stop!). Do this with little time between stops (to avoid the brakes cooling down).This is to heat the bakes up. Do this about 10 times.
