My teammates personas all have crappy moves and I want to give them moves like Panta Rhei, Vacuum Wave, Ayamur, Gigantomachia, etc... You can't. Ayamur doesn't have a skill card anyway -- none of those do except Gigan -- but Ayamur is Rank 0. It can't be transferred, ever, off of Baal.
