I-485 case remains pending

Mine got approved on 21st sept but my spouse’s case became ‘case remains pending’ on sept 7th. Yesterday (Oct 12th) the language in his case remains pending for updated to “temporarily pausing due to lack of immigrant visa..” and this morning (Oct 13th) it changed to New Card being produced!
