Came out of the level up menu and it had changed. That being said my shadowhearts hair is white and although the style of hair changed, the hair colour did not change in the portrait. Her hair style changes in the portrait but not the colour. I dunno her portait has been bugged since the 2nd level up for me in Act 1.
